An amalgamation of the Naval Drawing personnel gave inception to ALL INDIA NAVAL DRAUGHTSMEN (AINDA) in year 1993 and became 1st Recognized Association under CCS Recognisation Rule 1993 under Ministry of Defence. AINDA is a service Association bearing National character, functioning on its objectives within Naval Establishments located in the union territories of India. We look after the service interest of 1404 Group “B” and “C” Non-Gazatted , Naval Draughtsman, Senior Draughtsman and its supporting staff as Ammonia Printer, Drawing Printer, Book Binders, Copycat operators, Ferro printer, Photo Printer, Xerox operators.
Past History: The Drawing staff of Indian Navy was the part of All India Naval Technical Supervisors Association till 1993.
The AINTSSA, Divisional offices, New Delhi was consisting 100% Drawing staff and Draughtsman posted in other Naval Establishments were member of respective AINTSSA offices operative in all three Commands. The AINTSSA, HO suspended its Divisional office New Delhi in year 1990 due to Dharana in front of South Block held for Drawing staff demands. All top office bearers left suspended divisional branch of Delhi and majority members left primary membership also. Sh. Kamal Singh, Joint Secretary (Org.) remains leader with highest post along with some executive committee members. He started rebuilding organization and reconstituted Governing council . He organized Drawing staff , worked hard to bring members united under one fold.
A meeting was conducted after intervention of Defence Secretary between AINTSSA. HO, President Sh. Arvindakshan and Gen. Secretary RP Sharma, AINTSSA , Divisional office President Sh.D Dileep Kumar and Secretary Sh. Kamal Singh under chairmanship of DCP Capt DR Acharya. The suspension of Divisional office was withdrawn in year 1993. Sh. Kamal Singh took part in General Body Meeting of AINTSSA, HO at Mumbai. Lastly the Drawing staff decided to establish a new Association as per CCS Recognition Rule-1993 . The Drawing staff of Delhi, Visakhapatnam only Ghatkopar , Mumbai extended full support to Kamal Singh in constitution of AINDA. Sh. Kamal Singh , General Secretary of AINDA got an opportunity to became 1st JCM Member of NHQ JCM Council in year 1994 after recognisation of AINDA.
The AINDA have pride to be one of the founder organization of Confederation known as Confederation of Defence Recognised Association. Sh. Kamal Singh was the Joint secretary of Adhoc committee of CDRA and became Joint Secretary , representing Navy in first Governing Council of CDRA. The AINDA affiliated with Confederation of Defence Recognized Association after its recognisation. The AINDA officeses are as below:

The AINDA was constituted and brought to the level of older and higher associations/unions with great contribution of its founder key members Sh. Kamal Singh, Senior Draughtsman and Sh. D Dileep Kumar, Senior Draughtsman. Sh. Kamal Singh is continuously leading this organization since 1994 to till date (2012).
